• Can my child request to play with a friend/neighbor/classmate?

MHA accepts friend requests for In-House teams (6U/Mighty Mite and 8U/Mite) through this link.

For Traveling teams (10U/Squirt and older), please contact the relevant Level Director directly as evaluations may impact any requests.

• When are evaluations?

Please check the Clinics and Evaluations page frequently for  the most up-to-date information for traveling teams (10U/Squirt and older).

In-house teams (6U/Mighty Mite and 8U/Mite) do not have evaluations.

• When is the best time to register?

Registration for 2023-2024 season will open in August. Register early to get access to pre-season clinics before the season begins!

In-House (6U/Mighty Mite and 8U/Mite) pre-season clinics will take place on Saturdays and Sundays in October to help players find their hockey legs before the season begins in November.

Traveling (10U/Squirt and older) pre-season clinics will begin in September.

• We have never played hockey before but would like to try it, can we register? what if I don't have equipment or can't afford the fees?

In order to receive e-mails from MHA and access the SportsEngine app (team schedule/RSVP/chat), you must be listed as a Guardian on the player's SportsEngine profile.
