Below are some 2023-24 Peewee updates.

• 2023-24 season – We are anticipating having nine (9) teams this season.
• Preseason clinics – Peewee preseason clinics will begin Saturday,  September 9th. The schedule will be available soon.
• Goalie evaluations – Goalie specific evaluations will occur September 23 and 24. More details about the goalie specific evaluations will be emailed to goalie families soon. Goalies will also take part in the general PW evaluations.
• Evaluations – Specific details about the evaluation process will be emailed in early September.
  • If your player is interested in evaluating for the ‘A’ team, the ‘A’ evaluations will begin September 29th. There will be an additional $100 fee to evaluate in the ‘A’ pool.
  • Players choosing not to evaluate in the ‘A’ team pool will begin their evaluations October 6th.
  • Players also may choose to opt-out of the entire evaluation process and be placed automatically onto a ‘C’ team.
  • A reminder that every player will be placed on a team. No player is “cut”.
• Coaches – If you are interested in coaching this season, please look for a coach specific email soon. We will be hosting a Peewee Coach meeting via Zoom in September.
• New players – If you know of any player that plans on playing Peewee hockey with Minneapolis Hockey this season that did not play with Minneapolis Hockey last season, please let us know that person’s name and family contact information ASAP.
