2022-2023 PLAYER, VOLUNTEER AND COACH REGISTRATIONS ARE OPEN!
The Minneapolis Hockey Association is the premier USA Hockey-sanctioned Girls and Youth Hockey Program in Minneapolis (South of 94/394). Our primary goal is to create lasting experiences developing life skills and a love of sport. There's no better place to learn to play hockey than right here in the middle of the great State of Hockey.
If you are looking for more information about joining Minneapolis Hockey Association (Minneapolis Storm), please read the information on this page, contact our registrar or check out the links under Program Info > Clinics & Evaluations or click on the age levels offered. bird

MHA is entirely run by volunteers. We are always looking for parents to help out. Each returning player in Mites or higher carries a certain number of volunteer hours, but it takes an army to put a good program together for our young athletes, and that includes our essential Team Managers, Locker Room monitors, people to run the clock or game sheet at games and MHA tournaments, as well as other key roles on the Association Board of Directors.
For more information, see our Volunteer Opportunities page.
Minneapolis Hockey is looking for coaches to help out at all levels.
Even if you haven't coached before, if you are a good skater, and if you enjoy working with children to help them achieve their personal goals, you would make a great coach! Especially at the younger ages, there are always opportunities to help out on your child's team.
Visit the Coach Resources page for more info!

TADS provides a framework through which household need can be measured fairly and equitably. Recommendations from TADS are used by the Minneapolis Hockey award committee in accordance with its policies to determine the award amount. Final award notices will be e-mailed by the committee.
