Girls Summer Training Programs

2019 Girls Summer Training Programs

Welcome to the Girls Summer 2019 Training Program offered by 612 Hockey run by Sarma Ozmen and her staff.  This program focuses on skill development through on-ice skating drills, puck handling, small area games and dryland training.  To be a great player, you must put in the time to train!  The goal of this hybrid on-ice and off-ice training is to improve each player's skating technique, speed, puck control, and strength.

Space will be limited in each session to ensure that each player is getting personal attention and the most out of their skill development time.  

Individual goalie coaching each week!

The format of the sessions have changed this year so please read program descriptions carefully before registering:

  • Those entering 8th Grade Fall of 2019: 8th Graders should register for the High School session.  
  • 612 Hockey can offer small group training upon request.  Contact Sarma for more info.  
    • Studio ice small group training sessions for 8u-12u:
      • M, 6/17 10:15-11:15am
      • W, 6/19 10:15-11:15am
      • M, 6/24 10:15-11:15am
      • W, 6/26 10:15-11:15am
      • Email Sarma to sign up.

Any requests to play up MUST be approved by Sarma prior to registration.  No exceptions.

High School - Girls entering 8th - 12th Grade Fall of 2019

  • 6 weeks.  June 10-July 26 (no hockey July 1-5)
  • Monday / Wednesday: Dryland 8:00-8:45am, Ice 9:00-10:15am
  • Friday: Ice 9:00-10:15am, NO DRYLAND
  • Additional ice will be added for scrimmages against other HS teams.  
  • Scrimmage vs WBL @ Parade: July 12, 9:00-10:15am.
  • Scrimmage vs Mound @ Thaler: July 29, 9:45-11:00am.
  • Scrimmages @ Delano: July 31, 5:00-9:00pm.
  • $495 for skaters
  • $350 for goalies
