Do not Text the Ice Scheduler - all text requests regarding ice will be ignored! Email is the only communication that will be accepted - mfollrath@mplshockey.com
Ice time is at a premium! Please do not waste ice time. If your team is not using your assigned ice time let the Ice Scheduler know and it will be reassigned to another team.
Always let the Ice Scheduler know which team you are with - there are 30 travel teams this season. Don't assume he knows which team you are with.
Ice Scheduler
HOME/AWAY Scrimmages - Contact Ice Scheduler with the following information: name of MHA team, opponent, date, location and time. HOME scrimmage contact rink to make sure locker rooms are assigned for both teams.
Game Schedule in our system does not match D3 website - Contact Ice Scheduler and the opposing team manager. Try to resolve with opposing team manager first.
Swap practice ice with another team - Only notify Ice Scheduler if it involves a scrimmage/game. If it is a shared practice notify the other team manager. Update on Team Calendar
SQSA Power Skating - no cancelling, no rescheduling
Team wants to cancel practice - notify Ice Scheduler
Team wants to cancel Shooting Shed session - notify Ice Scheduler
Team is scheduled for a shared practice and decides to accept a scrimmage at another location - contact Ice Scheduler and the manager for the team scheduled to share ice with
Tournaments that MHA registered the team for - no need to notify Ice Scheduler unless the dates change or tournament is cancelled. Ice Scheduler already has those dates blocked off on the master calendar.
Team wants to add another tournament - Do not add a tournament until after the D3 Game schedule is posted! D3 will not reschedule games to due to a tournament conflict. Teams may add an additional tournament if it works with the team schedule after D3 games are posted. Notify Ice Scheduler ASAP with tournament dates.
Team wants to schedule a practice using outdoor ice at a local park - Go for it! no need to notify Ice Scheduler
