Managers will be given access to the Team Webpage and will be responsible for keeping the webpage up to date.
Player and Coach rosters will be uploaded by the MHA Registrar. Managers do not add or delete players or coaches on the rosters. After rosters are final managers may edit the roster to add uniform numbers, positions, or photos. If there is an issue with the roster contact the MHA Registrar.
Coaches cannot be rostered to a team until they complete ALL coach registration requirements (exception is CEP renewals which are due by Dec 31). If a coach is missing from team roster it is likely the coach has not yet completed registration requirements. Refer the coach to the ACE Coordinator, if they don't know what requirements are missing.

Practice ice time, SQSA power skating sessions, shooting shed sessions, District 3 games, and dryland training will be automatically uploaded into Team Calendars by the MHA Ice Scheduler. Dates will also be held for MHA scheduled tournaments.
Any other team events should be added to the team calendar by the manager: scrimmages/non-D3 games, tournament games, additional tournaments scheduled by the team, team meetings, team social events, etc.
D3 games will be automatically uploaded into the team calendar by the MHA Ice Scheduler. Do not delete, change or edit any D3 games. Once D3 games are loaded the manager must check the D3 website game schedule to confirm all game details match what is on our team calendar (date, opponent, location). If they don't match contact the MHA Ice Scheduler and the opposing team manager.
All other games should be added by the team manager: scrimmages/non-D3 games, tournament games. These games can be edited by manager if necessary.
